Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2323 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2323 is a dual task level, you have to collect the three ingredients and clear all the jelly.
There are plenty of moves to complete level 2323 at the time of writing so it is a fairly easy level to complete although this could change in the future if it is deemed too easy!
The magic mixer at the bottom left spawns marmalade which limits your moves, but there are only 5 colours on the board so it isn't hard to make combos to smash the marmalade and clear the jelly.
You don't need to worry too much about the ingredients as they will be collected as you clear jelly.
To clear the magic mixer you can use stripe/wrap combos or double wrap combos.
A jelly fish booster or a coconut wheel booster are good boosters to use if you are having trouble, but you shouldn't need them to clear level 2323.

Level 2322 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You can "almost" ignore the magic mixer to begin with and instead try to make some poweful combos such as a colourbomb/wrap or colourbomb/stripe. This will open up the board a bit and give you more space to work. It also has the added advantage of hitting the mixer as well, so giving you a couple of hits to start the destruction.
Once you begin to open the board keep looking for those combos as it is the only way you will clear level 2322. If you have the chance to get some hits on the mixer take it to delay the spawning of the licorice locks and eventually it will explode and you can get on with the job of clearing jelly.
Look carefully at the board before every move as it is easy to be distracted by the mixer and make bad moves when there may be a better move near the top of the board.
There are 5 colours on the board so although cascades are not going to be plentiful you should be able to make specials and combos reasonably easily.

You will need vertical stripes and strip/wrap combos to clear the jelly and complete level 2321 Candy Crush Saga.
Colourbombs are also good, especially if you can switch them with a stripe or wrap.
Keep the licorice under control so it doesn't block your moves and watch the countdown bombs on the left.
Making matches on the right will give you some mystery candies, which can be helpful.
Level 2321 can seem really easy if everything goes well, but almost impossible if they go wrong.
There are only four colours on the board so it shouldn't be too hard to make special candies and combos. 
A jelly fish booster is a good booster to use if you are having trouble with this level.
