If the Spawner is fully pink and spinning fast then it is due to spawn and you should make the next move elsewhere, then after it has spawned you can hit the popcorn and your colour bomb will be safe, at least for a couple of moves.

You'll need lots of stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the jelly, there is jelly under the popcorns, but not under the spawner, so there is no need to destroy the spawner to pass the level.
